So, the question is, and I have not gotten anything resembling a definitive answer on this, can you install import games directly with HDAdvance? Since there are now 3 versions of HDAdvance (original 1.0, which is an exact hacked knockoff of HDLoader and has the same limitations, and the patched 2.0 and 3.0), I would need to know which version can install the import games directly. Obviously if worst comes to worst I can simply drag out the HDD from the PS2 and attach it to my PC and WinHIIP the import games onto the HDD.

It does require a little surgery, though nothing more complicated than unscrewing the case with newer PS2s. Older PS2s require a little more work.
