The article analyses the approaches of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union regarding the issue of consideration of labor disputes with employees of institutions of the Union. Basing on assessment of the relevant decisions of the Court and dissenting opinions of certain judges the author comes to the conclusion about the possible consequences of such decisions on improvement of legal regulation of the arising conflicts, and the perspectives of development of mechanisms for consideration of disputes with international employees in the Union. International legal status of the Holy Frequent at the United Nations The article addresses the question of Holy See’s legal status in the United Nations. The author comes to the conclusion that the status of the Holy See as a permanent observer not being a member state of the United Nations, had been previously subject to doubt. There are reasons to believe that in 1964 the Holy See could not fully comply with the established criteria for obtaining such status. Thus, there is a risk of creating a precedent for such claims from other religions.
