Best Answer: This is a sticky situation. Normally, the clean installer is accessible by clicking start > all programs > sims2pack clean installer > uninstall, and then follow the uninstall prompts. But if you no longer see the clean installer in the start menu, you might have to do an advanced search of all files and folders.

The Sims2Pack Clean Installer is a program for managing and installing custom content (usually user-created) for use in the Sims 2 game. The program allows users to see their custom content in an organized downloads folder.

Click start > search > all files and folders. Enter the name sims2pack clean installer and look in: C: Drive. Under more advanced options, make sure to check mark search system folders, hidden files/folders and subfolders. Run the search and if anything shows up in the right side panel, highlight and delete. Leave the deleted items in your recycle bin for a week or two to make sure your system functions properly. If you notice any problems you can open the recycle bin and there's a restore feature that will reinstall the deleted files.
